The Scoring System
Each Jury member shows marks from 1 (low) to 10 (high).
The Highest mark and the lowest mark are excluded
The mean mark of the other five jurors is calculated.
The mean marks are multiplied by various coefficients:
3.0 for the Reporter
2.0 for the Opponent
1.0 for the Reviewer
The marks for each of the three rounds are summed to
give the total score.
The highest total score wins the fight.
EXAMPLE:
The jury display:
For the reporter - 9, 7, 9, 6, 8, 7, 10 = 10, 6 excluded
Mean = 9+7+9+8+7 = 40/5 = 8 Score = 8 x 3 = 24
For the opponent - 7, 7, 7, 7, 4, 9, 7 = 9, 4 excluded
Mean = 7+7+7+7+7 = 35/5 = 7 Score = 7 x 2 = 14
For the reviewer - 7, 7, 7, 7, 6, 8, 7 = 6, 8 excluded
Mean = 7+7+7+7+7 = 35/5 = 7 Score = 7 x 1 = 7
